Coaching Services:

What Can You Expect From Coaching?

Together we set goals.

The coaching process is about goal setting and goal reaching; it is not psychotherapy. We will not get into analysis paralysis, diagnoses, past failures, childhood traumas or the like. It is gain with no pain. I am not the expert in what your goals should be or how you will obtain them. You are. You decide what will make you happy, better, best, yes, maybe even perfect. We will become partners in manifesting your desires. I promise you we will have fun, be creative and productive. You may find these questions suggestive of goals for you.

  • If I died tomorrow or even in a few years, what would I like to accomplish?
  • How can I be more loving to family, friends and myself?
  • What is my life’s purpose?
  • What are my talents?
  • How can I have more balance in my life?
  • How can I achieve the most in my career?
  • How can I become more spiritual?
  • How can I have better relationships?
  • How do I define success at this stage of my life?
  • What things would I like to learn?
  • How can I use my talents to become more affluent?
  • How can I become more physically healthy?
  • How can I become more trusting, less controlling?
  • How can I play more, laugh more?
  • How can I honor my genuine, authentic self, but not at others expense?
  • How can I contribute to others/society?
  • What would make me happy?
  • How can I have more freedom?
I hope these questions trigger some goals you will work toward, with me as your coach or on your own. I want you to meet your goals with an easy light-hearted spirit.

I listen and guide.

Be assured that your sessions are confidential, unless of course I am court ordered to divulge information. If you decide to post a testimonial on my web site, that of course limits your confidentiality, but the content of what we discuss is still held private. I assume you are not seeing a therapist, but if you are I expect you will consult with your therapist before we begin working together. If I feel your needs are better met by a different professional, I will make an appropriate referral. If you are in danger of hurting yourself or others, I will contact the appropriate agencies.

Here’s what I do to help you:

  • Listen to your dreams, ambitions and goals
  • Provide a sounding board
  • Inspire
  • Challenge
  • Support
  • Brainstorm ideas/goals
  • Develop strategies
  • Set directions
  • Focus
  • Structure
  • Evaluate progress
  • Applaud your success

We communicate via telephone and emails.

Ideally, it would be nice for us to work face-to-face, in person, but telephone and emails work quite nicely. Down the road I would like to use online video capabilities where we can actually see each other while we work.

The "Create Your Perfect Lifestyle Program" includes:

One free exploratory telephone coaching session to set goals and see how we would work together. Let’s get acquainted for free.

Twelve, forty-five minute telephone sessions spread over a three to four month time period. Length between sessions will vary with your goals and needs. A six-month evaluation session is recommended. I want you to be successful.

One or two weekly emails, including no stress homework assignments.

One short, five-minute, telephone call per week if needed. I want you to get any questions answered or problem areas tweaked.

Go to the Coaching Costs page for price and payment information.

Of course, I hope you choose me as your coach. Or go to www.Bradenton.com for my newspaper columns.
